Challenge
Patients bounced between three different-looking tools for scheduling, records, and bills; support tickets peaked after every portal release.
Solution
We ran condensed research sprints, mapped critical journeys (booking, lab results, payments), and delivered high-fidelity flows plus a token-based UI kit for engineering — desktop and mobile, with accessibility fixes baked into the components.
Results
One visual language across modules, reduced “where do I click?” support volume in testing, and a spec set the internal team could implement without constant design firefighting.
