Challenge
The team outgrew phone-and-email ordering: price lists lived in spreadsheets, and repeat customers had to call in for every restock.
Solution
We shipped a Next.js storefront tied to their ERP hooks (conceptual integration pattern), role-based buyer accounts, saved carts, and an account dashboard that surfaces contract pricing and order history without exposing list prices publicly.
