Small and mid-size carriers were juggling spreadsheets, phone calls, and disconnected tools to manage dispatching, settlements, compliance, and driver communication across their fleets.
Solution
We engineered an end-to-end transportation management system with a React dispatcher portal, React Native driver app, real-time WebSocket tracking, automated invoicing and settlements, ELD/HOS compliance dashboards, load board integration, and a fully serverless AWS backend with CDK infrastructure.

All-in-one platform replacing 5+ disconnected tools, real-time fleet visibility with live GPS map, automated settlement and invoice generation, and a driver mobile app for on-the-go operations.
